Repair work completed

• Replaced overlong patch leads with correct-length cables
• Routed every active lead through cable management for a clean panel-to-switch path
• Removed dead and duplicate runs
• Labelled both ends of every connection and the patch panel ports
• Cleared cable slack away from the switch's air intake
